8 Different Spectacular Views of the Eiffel Tower

Paris, is a bucket list travel destination for many because of the amazing history, the beautiful language, the art, the culture, the croissants, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. Whether you are planning your first, second, or 50th trip to Paris, I hope you can find a new perspective on this iconic landmark in the city of love. Here are 8 Spectacular Views of the Eiffel Tower.

Rue Avenue De University Street:

If you have ever seen the street with the Eiffel Tower at the end of it, but have always wondered where that was, this is it! We were looking for a nice cafe for lunch, when we turned the corner and stumbled upon Rue Avenue De University Street. The Eiffel Tower looked enormous and it was such a beautiful place to capture the cute streets of Paris as well as this amazing world wonder.

The View From The Arc De Triumph:

When people think “beautiful view of Paris” they immediately think it is from the top of the Eiffel tower. Sure you can see a great view from the top of the Eiffel Tower, but you will be missing Paris’s greatest attraction! I would go as far to say that it is second best compared to the view from the Arc De Triumph. You are able to see all of Paris and the iconic, Eiffel Tower from the top of another beautiful landmark in Paris. This skyline view offers an amazing lookout for the entire city around you that will make you say, “Oh La La!.”

Boat Tours:

A boat tour was an amazing way to see Paris and the secret here is, it isn’t just for “that tourist”. It’s a unique way to see Paris from a completely different perspective. You pass by some of Paris’ top attractions and you get to take a little break from all that walking. On the tour, you will pass by The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, The Louvre, and so many other fabulous sites. Grab some macaroons and set sail!

Parc du Champ de Mars:

Towards the back side of the Eiffel Tower, there is a park that stretches for several meters. You can sit right next to this landmark while you enjoy the sun and the stunning view right in front of you. This is a perfect place for you to grab some friends, grab a crepe, and stop for a lunch spot right under the Eiffel Tower. Bon Appetit!

Sacré-Cœur Basilica View:

This cost-free, breathtaking viewpoint offers a perfect spot for an afternoon lookout, a nice resting spot on the steps, a lover’s sunset view, and an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. You get nearly a 360 degree spectacular view of the city of love. I recommend going at sunset for a romantic evening filled with live music, cute shops, art, and pastries.

The Iconic Paris “Step” View:

Across from the Eiffel Tower, sits the Parvis des Libertes et des Droits de l’Homme. It has two sets of grand staircases that offer a beautiful view of the picturesque landmark. It is a really great stop to grab a hot drink and watch the sun go down while you wait for the Eiffel Tower twinkling lights to turn on.

The Top of The Eiffel Tower:

A great view of the Eiffel Tower is to actually walk up it! It is an amazing way to see the architecture a bit more up close and personal. You can see how intricate and interesting this landmark is as you walk up the 1,710 steps to get to the very top. Spectacular view and a great leg workout!

Paris Rooftop:

Now this one can be a bit tricky to find, but if you can, it is well worth the view! The 360 degree view of the city is breath taking and the adorable orange and red chimneys are beautiful against the blue sky. We searched #ParisRooftop on instagram and messaged a few people who had been there before. That is how we were able to make it up to one of the beautiful rooftops. Do some research, grab a few friends and watch the sun go down from a more Parisian point of view!

The beauty of the Eiffel Tower and the feelings it invokes has no words! Pick your favorite viewpoint and make that emotional connection filled with fabulous memories! I hope you have an amazing time on your trip and maybe get a new perspective of the Eiffel Tower while you visit the city of love!
